Counseling telephone service is busy (updated 4.1.2022)

The telephone service at the clinic is congested. We will not be able to call you back during the same weekday. If necessary, please contact the health center. In an emergency, when your own health center is closed, call the emergency number 116 117. In an emergency, call 112. In urgent cases, you can send a message to your nurse via the Maisa portal. We apologize for the disturbance!

When contacting the clinics' phone service, you can

  • make an appointment
  • ask a public-health nurse questions about pregnancy or child's health
  • cancel an appointment: the answering service is available 24/7. Please tell clearly your name and your date of birth, as well as where and when the appointment is.

If your call cannot be answered at the time you are calling, you can leave a call-back request. You will be called back as soon as possible.

On Mondays and after holidays, please call the phone service after 10:00 o'clock in case of non-urgent matters.
