Maisa and My Kanta Pages


Vantaa will adopt a new customer and patient information system, Apotti, on Sat, May 11, 2019. With Apotti, you will also get access to Maisa, a new online customer portal. Use Maisa easily on the Internet at: or with a mobile application.

Through Maisa you can:

  • view your social and health information
  • check your examination or laboratory results
  • ask for advice concerning your situation or services
  • make, cancel and check appointments
  • fill in, for example, a social assistance application
  • answer questionnaires before coming to appointment
  • save measurements for your own monitoring
  • request renewal of prescriptions
  • order medical supplies and diabetic equipment

Through Maisa, you can make online appointments with our services. Note! You cannot make an online appointment with a doctor, because legislation demands that health centers first assess the need for treatment. Make a doctor’s appointment by calling health centers’ appointment service, tel. 09 839 50 000 (Mon-Fri at 8:00-16:00).
