If your complaint is sudden or you require urgent care, you can call between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. In urgent matters, it is possible to leave a call-back request 8:00-10:00 am.

Urgent health care is available outside office hours:

Outside office hours, metropolitan area residents can seek treatment at the neighboring city's health center on-call service as well.
In urgent cases outside health centers’ opening hours, Vantaa residents can go to Haartman, Jorvi or Malmi emergency clinic. Children under 16 years can also go to New Children's Hospital or Jorvi Hospital's Pediatric Emergency Clinic.
In case of an emergency, call the Emergency Response Centre on 112.
Children are treated at the emergency clinic of the New Children's Hospital and Jorvi Hospital’s pediatrics emergency clinic.
Peijas Hospital’s emergency clinic no longer cares for child patients. Under-16-year-old Vantaa children and the young with acute diseases will primarily be treated at their own health center on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 and after 16:00 at New Children's Hospital’s and Jorvi Hospital’s joint emergency service.

Emergency dental care at night, over the weekend, and on weekday holidays
Emergency dental care at night and over the weekend takes place at Park Hospital.
Please call the emergency service, tel. 09 471 71110, so that we can assess the urgency of your need for care before coming to the emergency clinic. You can make an appointment on weekdays at 14:00-21:00 and on weekends and midweek holidays at 8:00-21:00.
Park Hospital's contact information and opening hours: Stenbäckinkatu 11, 1 st floor (entrance from door C on Paciuksenkatu), Helsinki. Mon-Fri at 16:00-21:00, Sat-Sun and on weekday holidays at 09:00-21:00.
The emergency service serves the residents of the Uusimaa region and is intended for patients in need of emergency care outside primary office hours.
